Landlord Screen Images

This page has two montages with the first showing some of the "static" landlord details and the second the landlord's transactions with associated detail screens. These are followed by a sample landlord statement with a kea watermark which was added as part of the statement print run.


This landlord is paid by direct credit and is receiving his monthly statements by email, with copies being sent to his accountant and "somebodyelse". A message has been added to this month's statement too which advises that the redecorating is complete.

The transactions grid hss more scrollable information "off the screen" to the right. The details of any transaction may be accessed directly from the landlord transaction grid as well as their "home" location. In the tenant receipt shown, the Reference (Import7) indicates the receipt was automatically created from a bank transaction file, while the section of the supplier invoice shows the charge to the landlord's account. The transactions for each property and tenant are shown separately before being summarised and payment details shown. The statement would normally be printed after paying out the landlords at month end but may be printed as often as required including for previous periods. The statement may be posted, emailed or both.
