Aspect Property Manager - Support Page

Support is free to users of the Aspect Property Manager under most circumstances. We do, however, retain the option to charge for site visits, toll call charges and fixing problems which are not a result of an Aspect Property Manager program bug (i.e., caused by something you have done).

How do we manage to do this ? Well it's a combination of the reliability of the software, the use of our "Remote Assistant" and the idea we had of making you, the user, as self-sufficient as possible. The extensive context sensitive Help available throughout the Aspect Property Manager should be your first port of call. Failing that the Remote Assistant, which is our primary method of support and teaching, allows you to invite us to access your computer where we can usually fix your problem from our offices. Remote Assistant is quick, reliable and secure. We can not access your computer, you must invite us.

When a problem is reported we aim to respond within 1 working day. More often than not it is no more than an hour or two, with the bulk of problems being completely resolved within one working day.
